ClearCorrect’s hardworking employees needed something to celebrate their time with the company. I was solely in charge of creating a unique and fun memento. Each year tells a short story on the progress they’ve made so far; this is reflected in the pin design. Outdoorsy imagery was a creative way to represent the adventure of ClearCorrect.

The Problem
ClearCorrect was looking for a way to celebrate the employees and give them something to commemorate their time at the company.
The Solution
I came up with the idea to make a series of enamel pins for the employees. They would receive one every year of employment. Each year, they would receive a pin inspired by hiking and camping themes, symbolizing their ongoing journey at ClearCorrect. Every pin also comes with a certificate. This initiative was met with overwhelming positivity, and employees truly cherished the tokens. Subsequently, our parent company embraced a similar pin and certificate reward system, seemingly influenced by our original concept.
